CueHit provides non-emergency communication technology between public safety agencies and the public.
How we Obtain Information
CueHit collects information provided to us by our Users, or which may be transmitted through the Products, such as User’s name and e-mail address, to allow us to identify Users and notify them of changes or updates to the Service. We also collect information from previous usage of or communications through our Products, survey information conducted about a User’s experience with a public safety agency, personal information submitted by our Users in filling out their registrations forms, and on questionnaires that are periodically furnished to Users. Such information may include, but is not limited to, address, telephone number, location, the last four digits of your social security number, gender, age, interest, activities, etc. We will also collect certain financial information from You such as Your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date). If you use a mobile device to access any of the Products or download any of our Applications, We may collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system and version information, and IP address.
We collect this personal information when Our Users: sign up for a subscription; make changes to their subscriber information; submit any questionnaire or survey; send e-mail or text/SMS messages; log in through social media or mobile platforms or transmit information through the Products or use of the Products.

CueHit uses the information that We collect about You to deliver our Services to You and create Your specific User experience on the Products. CueHit has areas on the Site where You can submit feedback. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of CueHit.
